Terms and conditions

By filling in and submitting this vendor application  form, I confirm that I have read and agree to the vendor terms, conditions &  guidelines. I understand that my participation is subject to approval by the Old Home Week 2025 Committee.

Photo and Likeness Release: By filling in and submitting this form, I grant the Town of Smiths Falls and the Old Home Week Committee permission to use my photo, likeness, and any media captured during my participation in the event for promotional, advertising, and documentation purposes, in any and all media formats, without further compensation or notice.

Vendor Guidelines

1. All Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents and power for their display. Vendors are required to be set up 1 hour before the event commences to accommodate fire dept and/or health unit inspection if required, and must remain set up till the end of event. Early teardown is not permitted.

2. Hosts are responsible for the security of their own items.

3. Vendors and outreach initiatives must comply with all local regulations and guidelines, including those set by public health authorities. Vendors must provide health unit and other permits if necessary. For more information visit healthunit.org

4. Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the event.

5. Any damages caused to the event site or equipment by the vendors host will be the responsibility of the booth host.

6. All vendors must carry their own $5 million liability insurance and provide health unit and other permits if necessary.  Insurance Information for Event Hosts and Participants.

7. Waste management: Booth hosts are responsible for keeping their areas clean and removing all waste at the end of the event. we encourage vendors to use eco-friendly, not single use items, and biodegradable materials wherever possible.  We encourage battery and solar power support whenever it is possible. We have limited resources for cleaning up after events, so any garbage you can take away is very helpful for our volunteers.”
